" After receiving the sad news on the evening of Thursday the 8th of September 2022, I painted this piece late into that night. The Queen has been an enduring presence for as long as most of us can remember and I wanted to create something that felt reflective and peaceful whilst capturing enduring love, a delicate scenic image featuring the Queen reunited with her Prince and corgi. I hope that you feel this is a fitting tribute to a wonderful Queen who dedicated her life in service of our country."
