Hopefully you will not need to return an item. However, if you do, our aim is to make this as simple as possible.

In addition to your legal statutory rights under our 30 Day Money Back Guarantee, you may return faulty or unwanted goods.

Unwanted items should be unused, and within their original packaging.

You will be responsible for paying the return postage costs.

Upon safe return, you will receive a full purchase price refund EXCLUDING any shipping cost you may have paid.

REFUNDS CANNOT BE MADE IF THE ITEM/S HAVE BEEN RETURNED BROKEN OR DAMAGED.
